At MLSOCIAL.CO, Lotti treats your enquiries and booking information with care. This notice explains what details we collect through madetolast.io and how they are used.

Information collected
When you contact us or request a booking, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, service interests, selected package options, indicative package prices, wedding or project information, dates and free-text messages. We may also record private follow-up dates and notes about our conversations when managing your enquiry. Payment references, Stripe transaction identifiers, recurring subscription status, payment dates and amounts may be recorded to manage payments and subscriptions. We do not store payment card numbers: secure checkout is processed by Stripe.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, arrange conversations, manage agreed work and payments, and meet our legal obligations. The main legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in responding to customers. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately.
Storage and service providers
Details submitted through the website are stored privately on the website hosting environment and accessible through the password-protected business dashboard. Hosting, email and payment service providers may process the information needed to provide their services. Stripe handles payment checkout under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to manage your enquiry, provide a service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us about a particular record or request deletion when the law allows.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; object to certain processing; or request that processing be restricted. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and external links
The customer-facing website does not require advertising or tracking cookies for the functions currently provided. The private dashboard uses a necessary login session cookie. Third-party services such as WhatsApp and Stripe may use their own cookies when you visit them.
