Thanks for visiting MLSOCIAL.CO at madetolast.io. These terms cover use of this website, enquiries, booking requests and the website’s payment-link facility. Specific services are governed by the quote, proposal or written agreement provided to the customer.
Enquiries and booking requests
Completing an enquiry or selecting a preferred time does not create a confirmed booking or a service contract. Lotti will review the details, confirm availability, and agree the scope and price with you. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have explicitly agreed it.
Quotes and prices
The website displays published prices for the listed wedding content creation, wedding videography and content day packages. Each published price covers the inclusions and coverage specified on that package card. Additional services, significant changes to scope or any travel-related charges must be discussed and agreed before booking. The bespoke social media package builder shows indicative estimates rather than a final quote. Lotti will confirm the full scope, any applicable VAT treatment and the amount payable in writing before issuing a payment request.
Wedding deposits and balances
Wedding packages are displayed with a 20% booking deposit, payable only after availability and the booking terms are agreed, and the remaining balance due six weeks before the wedding. Full cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms must be supplied in the written booking agreement. Sending an enquiry does not secure a date or create an obligation to pay.
Monthly social media management
Some personalised social media services are offered on an ongoing monthly subscription. Before providing a subscription checkout link, Lotti will agree the monthly fee, included deliverables, any one-off setup or production charges, intended start date, VAT treatment, renewal and cancellation terms with you in writing. When you complete a subscription checkout, Stripe will collect the initial payment and then charge the agreed monthly amount automatically until the subscription is cancelled under that agreement. Please contact Lotti at mlsocialco@gmail.com to discuss changes or cancellation. Do not proceed with payment if the displayed recurring amount or terms differ from your agreement.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe, not by this website. Cards, Apple Pay and Klarna may be offered at checkout depending on enabled payment methods, device and eligibility. Using a payment method does not replace the terms of your agreed service. Contact Lotti before paying if a reference or quoted amount does not look correct.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Specific cancellation windows, deposit terms, rescheduling conditions and any refund arrangements must be made clear in the agreed service quotation or contract. Consumer rights provided by applicable UK law are not affected by these website terms.
